The service desk handles sales and operations enquiries and day-to-day administration through our Toll Free setup. Every call is registered, immediate action taken and follow up is carried out. As part of our continuous development process, we handle complaints, suggestions and feedback from customers and associates. Each input is treated with utmost importance. All progress is forwarded to the Quality Assurance Manager who oversees every input. The collected data is processed for statistical analysis which aids in policy planning and execution improvements. |
